This recipe was created by Jim Meehan at Chef’s Club in Aspen, Colorado. It is a riff on the whiskey-based ‘Old Pal.’

1/2oz CAMPARI (@campariofficial)
1/4oz ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR (@stgermaindrinks)
3/4oz FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled nick and nora
•Garnish with grapefruit peel
