This version of the Fix was invented in 2013 at the Backbar in Somerville, Mass. if you haven’t yet, this is just another reason to go get yourself a bottle of Mezcal.

1/2oz MEZCAL (@delmagueymezcal)
1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/3oz DRY CURAÇAO (@ferrandcognac)
1/4oz AGAVE SYRUP

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Strain over crushed ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel
