Another drink in the Last Word/equal parts category. This one is like a Paper Plane but with Chartreuse instead of Amaro. Like anything with green chartreuse, it’s delicious.

3/4oz GREEN CHARTREUSE
3/4oz APEROL (@aperolspritzofficial)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE

•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with cute little paper plane that your wife made
