JFK Harris:

The JFK Harris is in the mojito family. It was created in 2012 at a bar called Dutch Kills on Long Island. I think I used too much wine for my float but it still looks cool!

3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4oz SIMPLE SYRUP
1/4oz RED WINE
6-8 MINT LEAVES

•Combine ingredients minus the wine and shake
•Double strain over large rock in single rocks glass
•Float wine on top
