Florida Daiquiri:

This drink was created at El Floridita bar in Havana, Cuba. It’s interesting to me that I can find just a hint of maraschino to be an overpowering flavor in a drink like this but a full ounce of it in a Last Word is just right.

1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/4oz RICH SIMPLE SYRUP
1/2oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
1 barspoon MARASCHINO LIQUEUR (@luxardousa)

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Doible strain into chilled nick and nora
•Garnish with cocktail cherry
