This drink was created in 2014 at The Varnish in LA by Eric Alperin. A funky old fashioned variation that is worth a try.

1oz RYE (@sazeracrye)
1oz JAMAICAN RUM (@smithandcrossrum)
4 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
1 SUGAR CUBE
1 splash SODA WATER

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain over large rock of ice
•Garnish with orange peel
