Closing Argument:

A mezcal Last Word. For experiment sake I saved some Chartreuse and used Genepy instead. It was really darn good. If you can’t find any of the green stuff Genepy is a suitable substitute.

3/4oz MEZCAL (@delmagueymezcal)
3/4oz GENEPY (@vermouthdolin)
3/4oz MARASCHINO LIQUEUR (@luxardousa)
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled nick and nora
•Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel
