Bramble:

The Bramble is a cocktail created by Dick Bradsell in 1980s London, England. It’s a gin sour with the sweet blackberry syrup on top, and it’s an absolute classic.

2oz GIN (@plymouthgin)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
1/2oz CRÈME DE MÛRE (@giffard_liqueurs_syrups)

•Combine lemon, sugar syrup, and gin and shake
•Strain over crushed ice in rocks glass
•Pour Crème De Mûre on top
•Garnish with blackberries and lemon wheel
