Baby’s First Bourbon:

This drink comes from the LA bar Harvard & Stone, and it is very similar to the Japanese Cocktail. I don’t know why I was surprised that it was so balanced and delicious.

3/4oz ORGEAT (@liquidalchemist)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled nick and nora
