Aperol Sour:

A refreshing egg white sour made with one of my favorite spirits, Aperol. Worth a try!

1oz GIN (@bombaysapphireus)
2oz APEROL (@aperolusa)
1oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
EGG WHITE

•Combine ingredients and dry shake to aerate egg
•Add large rock or ice a vigorously shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with dehydrated lemon slice
