Amaretto Sour:

I really enjoyed this drink. All sours are great, but this one is really popular for a reason. Give it a try.

1.5oz AMARETTO (@disaronno_official)
3/4oz BOURBON (@makersmark)
1oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
EGG WHITE

•Combine ingredients and dry shake 10 seconds to aerate egg white
•Add large rock of ice to tin and shake 10 seconds more
•Double strain over ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with cocktail cherry
