The Seven Year Itch (1955)
Whiskey Sour
- 2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz egg white (optional)
- Garnish: Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters.
