Champagne Cup
- 3/4 cup soda water
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 pt chilled champagne
- fresh seasonal fruit & fresh mint
1. Pour first four ingredients into pitcher and stir.
2. Half-fill with ice and top with Champagne.
3. Garnish with fruit. Insert cucumber peels inside pitcher and top with mint. Serve in red-wine glasses. Serve in a Red-Wine Glass.
