Nosing is bit salty, butter, then some honey, malty, hay, and actually quite spiritual and bitter.

With 💦a bit more grassy, floral, old furniture and unexpected varnishing behind.

Palate is rich, malty, honey, fruity which are 🍐 and 🍏

With 💦fruitier, more green fruits

Finish is long, malty again, oaky at the end.

Surprised? Actually there is not much Sherry influence 😂😂
