2. Little pungent, coffee, orange peel, oaky, dried tangerine peel, light peat and maple syrup☕🍊🪵
Peaty match with tropical fruit after 20mins
3. Ripe pineapple, coffee, ashy, oily, light peat🍍☕

<Palate>👅: Medium major body, little creamy, rich ripe tropical fruit and dark chocolate, oaky, mild peat, hints of Chinese medicine🍍🍫🪵

<Finish>: Very long, rich dark chocolate, tropical fruit, delicate sweet with bitter, hints of cinnamon and peat🍫🍍
Very light peat stays long

整體感覺🤔:
威介比較少喝Springbank🙈
原因很簡單 實在太貴🤧💸💸💸
可是這一瓶setting太有趣
Port酒桶也就算了 還要是hogshead
(即拆開木條重新拼合的組裝桶)
而且當時 @branco_wong 也力推
那真的沒有拒絕的理由🙊
聞香稍強 香醇咖啡 灰燼質感 清爽鮮橙☕🍊
熟鳳梨 陳皮 可可 輕泥煤及中藥🍍
酒體中等偏厚 一堆熟透熱帶水果🥳😍
黑朱古力也不甘示弱非常突出🍫
但說到餘韻 才是心目中最享受的環節
超長 黑朱古力繼續搶風頭 然後也是熱帶水果
回甘慢慢由重至輕 微微肉桂
泥煤細水長流🥰 好想再回味一下呀🥲
