整體感覺🤔:
剛接觸威士忌絕對會留意到Dalmore的OB
皆因其獨特的瓶身加上標誌性銀色雄鹿🦌
然而IB甚少找到其蹤影 高年份更甚
這次 @maltcask 毫不手軟地開了這瓶Whisky Sponge
Serge(@whiskyfun)給予了瘋狂的93分🤯
隨即市場上已被炒賣至6000港幣以上😵
集齊各種必試因素 不雖猶豫😌
聞香偏嗆鼻 鮮果盛宴 水蜜桃 鳳梨 橙子 柑橘🍑🍍🍊
同時花香 胭脂等綻放🌼
居然若隱若現的飄著點鐵鏽 很有意思
酒體輕滑 重桃 繼續帶花帶香燈🍊
亦有木香 草本等森之色 比想中更辣一點🌶
餘韻仍然是桃 有點果皮澀感
還是有點辛口 有點乾身 但可以接受
可能威介酒齡不足 缺乏款式難以比較🙈
不管怎樣 好喝的威士忌還是值得一試🤤
