Very impressive Caol ila! You will love this or hate it😂

Nosing is traditional dry vegetables soup #菜乾湯 , salty, hay, cut grasses, hints of iodine, dry fruits especially prunes, more #ditdajow #跌打酒 afterward with hints of creamy and yeasty finally.

Palate is bold, dry spices, fruity, bit of espresso, very subtle peat and iodine

Finish is long , dry spices again with some citrus at the end.

Honestly, I love this special Caol ila😆Especially the nosing.
